Yummy!

In an effort to eat healthier after seriously indulging during the holidays, D and I made the chocolate smoothie recipe from Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. It looks decadent and it tastes amazingly good but it uses very healthy ingredients: spinach (no, you can't taste it!), raw cacao powder, dates, frozen blueberries, banana and ground flaxseed. Kid approved. :-)

  1. ooh, sounds yummy! I loved that book, but sadly, it did not inspire me to eat even more veggies. *sigh* I should read it AGAIN!
